This is the official website for all members, families and friends of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association of Sacramento and Vicinities (UPAASV). UPAASV has a dream … the Museo Pilipino: a museum to be located in the State of California’s capitol City of Sacramento that showcases the Filipino-American experience. Our goal in creating a brick-and-mortar museum is to propagate the richness of our Filipino heritage by showcasing our history, culture and traditions for our children and our future generations. In this way, UPAASV will establish a cultural bridge that further connects and integrates native-born with American-born Filipinos and the greater communities at large in California.
